Previous conventions: For many years, a Missionary Bible Convention was held annually at Emmanuel Bible College, Birkenhead. Its format was similar to that of the Keswick convention.

This convention:  It is many years since the last Emmanuel Bible Convention. Towards the end of 2008, the Lord led the pastor and church leaders to resurrect the convention again, albeit with a different format and venue. It has been recognised as an 'other Keswick' by  Keswick Ministries.
